• Location Data: Approximate location (city/area), when you allow location services. This is used to provide location-based features such as pollen and environmental data.

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

• Push Notification Data: Information related to enabling and managing push notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App’s functionality.

• Personalize content, such as delivering location-based pollen or environmental information.

• Enable account creation, login, and authentication.

• Send you push notifications (e.g. reminders, pollen alerts, general communication).

• Analyze usage to improve performance and user experience.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (Google LLC) for analytics, crash reporting, and push notification services.

Firebase may collect certain information such as device identifiers and usage statistics.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (EU/EEA Users)

• We do not sell your personal data.

• We may share data with trusted service providers (such as Firebase) who process it on our behalf.

• Your information may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States and South Korea. We take steps to ensure such transfers are compliant with applicable privacy laws.

• Data export: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (such as JSON or CSV).

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or under 14 in South Korea, in compliance with local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and we will update the “Effective Date” above.
