“Birdie is a playful home companion with a serious side”
No light, no sound, no screen
Unlike other air quality monitors, Birdie® will let you know when to ventilate your home without the use of annoying light, sound or notifications. Birdie® stands out by using storytelling and intuitive design as nudging mechanisms to encourage the user to take action on their indoor climate.
How it works
When air quality drops, Birdie drops. It stays "dead" until you open a window and let some fresh air in. Once the air is clean, Birdie pops back up. Voila!

What a cute and functional concept!!
"We love our canary in a coal mine apparatus! Its one of those cute yet insanely important functional items one very occasionally finds for the home- and must have! Simply opening my window revives my little buddy and often makes me smile in the process."

Art that works
"Super easy to set up and it works! We set our up and after charging it and mounting it the bird fell down. We opened windows and about 10 minutes later the bird went upright. People have commented how cool it look, going to buy as a gift for a family member as well."

It's cute looking. Well designed. Will last a long time between charges. Add a bit of pop of color to the wall. Most importantly though it's a clear visual cue for my kiddo to monitor the air quality in her room and she's able to quickly convey needing a window opened

Warm, sunlit, and quietly alive. A tone that brings gentle energy without demanding attention.
Earthy and unhurried. A muted sage rooted in nature: calm, considered, and grounded.
Soft as sun-bleached linen. Warm and familiar, effortlessly at home in any light.
Cool, still, and open. A blue-grey that brings quiet air and clarity to any space.
Honest and warm. Natural oak grain that anchors the piece in craft and enduring material.
Honest and warm. Natural walnut grain that anchors the piece in craft and enduring material.
It's a nod to the old "canary in the coal mine." Miners brought a canary into the mine to detect toxic gasses. When the bird fainted, it was time to get out. Birdie does the same thing for your living room, minus the danger to any actual birds.
