Return policy


The Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) applies to purchases on this website.

Complaint & defect 

As our customer, you have the right to submit a complaint within 24 months - for faults that were present when you received the product, or the cause of the fault was present.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can get the item replaced. You need to send your complaint to help@birdie.design within "reasonable time" after you discover the fault.

Returning an item

We will cover the shipping costs for the return.

Please reach out to help@birdie.design when returning a faulty item. Our customer service will help you handle the complaint and create a return label. 

Ideally, we receive the item in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please make sure to pack the item securely. Note, that we reserve the right to deduct a small amount from your return corresponding to the condition of the product if the above is not observed.

Right of cancellation & refund

You have a 30-day right of cancellation on items purchased on our webshop.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received the item. We should be notified by mail hello@birdie.design, our customer service will help you create a return label.

When the item(s) reach the warehouse we will refund the amount through the same payment method used when placing the order.

We recommend that you send the product back in its original shipping package. If the item value is reduced by use, wrong handling, etc., we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.

Discount codes

Please note that discount codes can't be used when purchasing gift cards.

Discount codes can't be combined with other codes or discounts unless otherwise indicated.
