Orders placed before 3pm CET are packed and shipped the same day - except weekends & public holidays.

We ship from our warehouse in Fredericia, Denmark. Packages are shipped with GLS, UPS, DHL, FedEX or other local shipping companies in your country of residence.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link on email.

That means we're 1 week behind on delivery. We want to thank you for your patience with 1x free extra color — the gift will automatically pop up when you add a Birdie to the cart.

As you may notice, we charge your card before you receive your Birdie. We do this to prevent you from having to verify your payment multiple times with Payment Card Authorization (as it expires just a few days after your first verification).

However, this does not affect your 30-day return policy or your 2-year warranty, which starts from the day you receive your Birdie.

My country doesn’t appear at checkout, what do I do?

We offer worldwide shipping! Including your country.

However, - from experience - we know that some countries requires us to exchange a few extra details with you, in order to have a smooth delivery.
